A foundational birth support package for families who want clear guidance and compassionate presence.
This offering includes:
One prenatal visit where we connect, plan, and explore your vision for birth
On-call availability beginning at 38 weeks
Continuous support during labor and birth, emotional, physical, and informational
One postpartum visit to process your birth experience and ease into newborn life
This is perfect for first-time families or those looking for a gentle, grounded doula presence to walk beside them through birth.
Held & Heard Deeply
A deeper level of care for families who want more time, more touchpoints, and more support beyond birth.
This offering includes:
Two prenatal visits with space for birth education, emotional preparation, and grounding
On-call availability at 38 weeks
Full labor and birth support, attuned to your preferences and emotional needs
One postpartum visit
Two additional two-hour postpartum support sessions, designed to nourish your recovery and help you settle into life with baby
This package is often chosen by families who want a balance of preparation, presence, and postpartum care, without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
Held & Heard Beyond
Our most complete support for families who want to be truly wrapped in care, before, during, and after birth.
This offering includes:
Three prenatal visits, including a personalized childbirth education session
On-call availability at 38 weeks
Full, continuous labor and birth support
One postpartum visit
Two additional two-hour postpartum sessions focused on rest, healing, and newborn care
